Praise Dance Ministry
Psalms 150:1-6
Praise the Lord! Praise God in His Sanctuary; Praise Him in His mighty firmament Praise Him in His mighty acts;
Praise Him according to His excellent greatness!
Praise Him with the sound of trumpet; Praise Him with the lute and harp;
Praise Him with timbrel and DANCE!
Praise Him with stringed instruments and flutes! Praise Him with loud cymbals;
Praise him with clashing cymbals.
Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord!
The Rock Worship Center Praise Dance Ministry is on the mission to spread the good news of the Lord; while redeeming souls, restoring faith, and relaying God's message through the worship of dance. As with all the ministries at the Rock we are governed by the 3 E’s: Evangilism, Exhalation and Edification. This ministry will minister through our dance in the church as well in community to spread the word of Jesus Christ (Evangelism). We reach out to others in the community as well as in Mecklenburg County through our community service and volunteers efforts as a group (Exhilaration). Lastly, we hold quarterly gatherings in which we bond and glorify each other for being a unique individual he/or she is (Edification).
Anointed Praise Dance Ministry-Adult praise dance and Mime Ministry 
- Practice on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 6-8pm
- Minister on the 4th Sunday
God’s Anointed New Generation (G.A.N.G.)-Youth Praise Dance Ministry
- Practice on the 1st and 3rd Saturday from 11am-12pm
- Minister on every other 3rd Sunday
Teen and Young Adult Praise Dance Ministry
- Practice on the 1st and 3rd Saturday from 12pm-1pm
- Minister on every other 3rd Sunday

By using the gifts God has created within us to usher in His Holy Spirit we help bring forth thanksgiving and praise into the voices and hearts of His people.
